The tradition of classic Vitovska, which maintains its black label, is now called ‘origine’ – origins – the starting point, the first beginnings. That is where everything started: an indigenous variety in the vineyard and oak wood in the cellar. This is how everything will continue, in the same way, for a family business which has been making wine for over twelve years. The harvest takes place on 19th and 20th September; maceration in vats takes fifteen days; fining in oak wood.
