Careful thought is given to the choice of the adjective “classic”. It embraces the continuity of the 2005 label with respect to Vitovska 2004 and the bottles that precede it, because it is a sign of the permanence that the values humankind is anchored to has. The harvest takes three days, from 24th to 26th September. Maceration in oak wood takes fifteen days. Fining takes place in large oak barrels.
