A small letter, the colour of terracotta, on the label: “T” reveals its peculiarity of having been entirely produced in the amphora. Harvested on September 17th from a single vineyard, this Vitovska is jealously kept in large round Georgian vessels. Starting with six months of maceration in contact with the grape skins and proceeding with thirty months of fining, it victoriously challenges the prejudices against ageing in amphorae by revealing its extraordinary qualities.
