This is an assemblage of grapes from various vineyards which macerate in amphorae to proceed with fining in a large oak barrel. The white label is renewed, in harmony with the essence and embodiment of man’s labour. The symbol on the label, terracotta in colour, is the same and indicates the six-month maceration period in amphorae followed by fining in oak wood. The harvest takes two days, on 19th and 20th September.
