The amphora, whose shape is so soft but also so mysterious, needs tender love and care. The 2006 vintage imparts this knowledge. Its wine is full-bodied, with a high tannin content and distinct structure. Maceration on skins in amphorae takes six months followed by fining in oak wood for two years.
