Rain and sunshine perfectly alternate and balance out, leading to the harvest on 25th and 26th September. The wine’s strong point is its fifteen-day maceration in oak so that all the grapes’ potential can be expressed: its aromas, minerals and tannins ‘skilfully’ blend in the bottle.
