solo MM9

3

The uniqueness of this vintage is that Solo MM9 is also produced. Fruit of a single vineyard which takes root in little soil, in a very rocky, and apparently hostile, area. All the distinctive features of the vineyard and its terroir are expressed on the label. Harvested on September20th, the grapes macerate on the skins for six months in Georgian amphorae. Fining in oak wood then follows.
